What is Move One?

Move One is a single-camera motion capture iPhone app that makes it easy to capture and create 3D animations. You can download Move One from the App Store HERE.

​How much does Move One cost?

The Move One Starter Plan is $15/month or $144/year (or the AppStore equivalent in your region). This includes 180 credits/month.

The Move One Basic Plan is $35/month or $336/year (or the AppStore equivalent in your region). This includes 480 credits/month.

The Move One for Teams Plan is $75/user/month, with a minimum of 3 users, and a maximum of 10 users. This includes 4,000 shared team credits/month.

Note: Move One for Teams is the only way to subscribe to Move One if you are located in one of the countries listed at the bottom of this article.

​What are credits?

Credits are used in Move One to generate 3D motion data from 2D video.

​What are my credits worth?

1 credit = 1 person animated for 1 second

​How many credits come with my plan?

A one-time amount of 30 credits is included with the Free plan. (These credits do not expire.)

A monthly credit allotment is included in each plan every month. These amounts do not roll over to the following months and are reset on the subscription start anniversary day of each month.

An annual credit allotment is included with Starter and Basic annual plans every year. All annual credits are included from the start of the plan. These amounts do not roll over to the following year. Annual Plans for Starter and Basic get a 20% discount.

The Move One for Teams Plan gets 4,000 total shared team credits/month for a minimum of 3 users and a maximum of 10 users. At this time, your Move One for Teams account does not get access to more credits as you add more users up to the maximum of 10 users.

​How do I get more credits?

If you would like to purchase additional credits, users on Starter and Basic plans may purchase credit bundles of 120 credits. Purchased credits are not available to Free plan users. Additional credits are purchased inside the Move One app within your Account Profile.

If you would like to purchase additional credits on the Move One for Teams Plan, additional usage over the plan's credits will be automatically charged at $0.17 per credit.

Monthly and Annual plan credits are used first, and then purchased credits are used when plan credits are no longer available.

​What do additional credits cost?

Additional credits for Move One Starter and Basic Plans come in packages of 120 credits for $15.

​Can I buy more than one consumable credit package?

Yes, you can continue to purchase as many additional credit packages as you like. Additional credit packages will only be used following the usage of your monthly or annual credit allowance.

​If I do not have a subscription, can I buy extra credits for my Free account?

No, you will require an active monthly or annual subscription to purchase additional credit packages.

​Do credits expire?

Monthly plan credits expire at the end of each month. Initial one-time credits on Free plans do not expire.

​Annual plan credits expire at the end of the subscription plan year but can be used at any point during the subscription period.

​What happens to purchased credits if I cancel my subscription?

Purchased credits cannot be used if you don’t have an active subscription to Move One. If you re-subscribe to Move One with the same account details where you initially purchased additional credits, those credits will still be available for you to use.
