If you've been having issues uploading your footage via the iPhone app, you will need to create a new session on the web app and update those details on the iPhone app. Here's how:
Firstly, open the iOS app on each of the camera devices you’d like to upload footage from.
Open the appropriate Local Session and press and hold at the top of the screen. Here you will see the current Project ID, Session ID and Camera number. (These are the boxes we will be updating with new information)
Next, log into the web app https://app.move.ai/, on a separate device.
Click on "Projects" on the sidebar.
Create a Project with the "+Project" button.
Name the project accordingly.
Write down the 4 or 5-digit number found at the end of the project URL. (it's the number at the top of the page, in the URL):
This number needs to be inputted into the "project number" box on the iPhone.
Next: Create a Session with the "+Session" button.
Input the appropriate settings for your session.
Click "Save Session"
Write down the 4 or 5-digit number found in the session URL. (this number will be a different number than your project ID, but you can find it in the same place, at the end of the URL)
This number needs to be inputted into the "session number" box on the iPhone
(please note that the numbers can be 4-5 digits in length, the picture above is just an example)
After the camera numbers are inputted press "Save".
Return to the home screen to lock in the changes.
Re-open the desired session.
Press "Re-upload files".
The files from this device will begin to upload to the web app.
(if nothing appears to be happening at this point or you get an errInvalidServerStatus error, please restart the app and turn your device on and off completely, then try to click on upload again)
The upload will say "Completed" when finished. Check the web app session for the videos.
After inputting the details, you will need to upload them individually from each phone.
