Once you have created your session - you'll now need to create a Calibration. This stage provides the computational measurements of the capture volume necessary to process your takes.

Create
Select the '+ Calibration' icon
Title: Give your calibration a title
Calibration Actor Height: You must do this in order for the system to accurately extract a person's bone lengths - this information is required in metres (i.e. 1.88m) and will be saved after the first time entering their details.
Time sync clapping starts: This is the time in the calibration when the clapping starts.
Time sync clapping ends: This is the end time of the clapping.
Time calibration sequence starts: This is the start time of the calibration (first moment in a Y-pose)
Time calibration sequence ends: This is the end time of the calibration sequence.
Hit 'run' and you'll be notified when your calibration is done.
Clap sync explained
The platform looks for the audio peak from the clap and automatically synchronises all clips for that calibration or take. The aim platform prompts you to set a Clap Start Time and a Clap End Time. Setting this time range i.e. from 00:01 to 00:04 in your Calibration or Take helps narrow down the system’s automatic search window.
Processing duration explained
The process duration will be dependent on a combination of factors and therefore at the time of this publication, we cannot provide an accurate estimate. These factors include but are not limited to the duration of the clip, number of phones, number of actors, amount of motion etc.
Calibration Start/End time explained
The platform allows you to specify the time range of calibration motion. I.e. the moment the actor starts and stops walking around in the T-pose. We recommend selecting the start time a few moments before the actor starts moving.
