Move One supports Google and Apple authentication for account creation & login, please make sure you sign in with the correct account to ensure you can see your gallery & subscription.

If you create an account with both Google & Apple, you will have two separate accounts, that are not connected. We are not able to transfer data or subscriptions between accounts, so make sure you use the same login method every time.
